THREE BRIDGES had to defend stoutly as Cray hammered away at them for much of the second half, but a late equaliser by Mitchell Nelson was almost inevitable.
Bridges stole ahead after 11 minutes when Brannon O’Neill’s corner came back to him and he delivered a delightful cross to the far post for Billy Irving to head home.
Cray came close to levelling before they were awarded a penalty on the half hour for a foul on Hassan Ibrahiym, who took the spot-kick himself to equalise. Two minutes before half-time, Curtis Gayler re stored Bridges...
