LOWESTOFT TOWN claimed this top-ofthe-table clash in a much more one-sided affair than expected with the visitors’ defence having a game they would wish to quickly forget.
Lowestoft were keen to avenge their play-off defeat at the end of last season and their fast start saw them 2-0 up inside five minutes.
With three minutes gone, Harvey Sayer’s cross was spilled by Thomas Wray and Jake Reed pounced to send the ball into the net.
