THE Ites’ victory followed a dull first half where plenty of crosses and corners came without much quality.
The Bridges had two penalty appeals, both involving Nabeel Ghannam, waved away by the ref, to the frustration of manager Jamie Crellin, who was sent from the dugout.
The second half was better, with the home side seeing shots from Bessey-Saldanha and Zacharia Dainkeh go over before Ites captain Richie Hamill hit the bar.
