ALEX BREWER headed in a late equaliser for Burgess Hill Town as they denied fellow play-off chasers Margate an important win.
Ibrahim Olutade had the first chance of the game in the eighth minute, but his shot was straight at Town stopper Slav Huk.
Chris Whelpdale struck a shot well but Tom Wray, the Gate custodian, collected it well. The hosts then had a few half chances, but to no avail with the score remaining goalless at the interval.
