DESPITE the hurdles of a heavy pitch, constant rain and galeforce winds, Walthamstow won at a canter. The game started evenly with both sides having chances before Newmarket took an early lead after home keeper Greene spilled a corner and Ally Conway poked home.
After that, Stow had the bulk of the possession, with Njie heading the equaliser and Sayoud sweeping home after excellent play down the wing from Johnson.
