■ AFTER two defeats in a row, Merstham got their play-off push back on track with a narrow but well-deserved victory.
The first-half saw few chances and not much quality football. Matt Drage had a shot headed off the line by Sinnkaye
Christie after 15 minutes and Merstham’s Rob Tolfrey made a spectacular save to deny Scott Heard.
On the stroke of half-time, Bay’s keeper Kie Plumley did well to keep out a header from Harry Pointing.
