EASINGTON Colliery are in the money – to the tune of £100,000.
The Ebac Northern League Division Two side have secured that much in finance for major improvements to their Welfare Park ground following the success of application made jointly with their local parish council for grant aid funding from the Football Stadia Improvement Fund and the Premier League.
The cash will go towards a £2000,000 scheme to improve Easington’s clubhouse with a complete refurbishment of the changing rooms.
