MARGATE fell to a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Haringey Borough at Hartsdown Park thanks to a second-half strike from Georgios Aresti.
In a game that was largely played out in the middle of the park, it was the hosts who started brightly, with Joe Taylor and Frannie Collin linking up well before Collin blasted an effort well wide.
