JOE TAYLOR bagged a brace to draw Margate level with opponents Enfield Town on the fringe of the play-off positions.
The Gate got off to a promising start and were the most threatening side before George Brown won a 21st-minute penalty.
Brown was tripped in the box by the Es’ Aaron Greene and Taylor sent keeper Joe Wright the wrong way from the spot.
Fourteen minutes later, Enfield levelled when Billy Bricknell turned and smashed a shot into the far corner past Gate keeper Henry Newcombe.
