WHITEHAWK saw yet another blow to their campaign for safety, as they were defeated.
The first half saw little threat from either side, with most of the action being overshadowed by the injury of Angels’ Tom Beere who was forced off on a stretcher after 15 minutes.
The best chance of the first half came when a low cross found Tonbridge striker Chinedu McKenzie, whose shot was smartly saved by Melvin Minter.
