HYTHE Town kept their play-off dream alive with a comfortable win over their Kent rivals.
Town took the lead with a penalty by top scorer Zak Ansah after Sal Kiwitsu has been brought down by Sittingbourne keeper Patrick Lee.
Recent signing Thomas Carlton cut through the home defence to double the lead shortly after and Kieron Campbell got a third on the break in the second half.
Sittingbourne had plenty of chances but Mitchell Dickenson cleared one off the line and sub Liam Middleton saw his effort come back off the post.
