VALTER ROCHA’S stunning strike gave Brightlingsea the three points to take back to Essex
The goal came in the 71st minute and was a piece of magic, Roche’s shot from 30 yards curling over Lewes keeper Nathan Stroomberg_ Clarke and into the net.
Lewes should have taken the lead in the sixth minute when Brad Santos’ cross found Ronnie Conlon but his shot was blocked.
But the hosts did take the lead on 17 minutes.
