CASUALS’ Bradley Wilson scored twice in six second-half minutes to withstand a strong Scholars finish and take the points home to suburban Surrey.
Potters Bar had the majority of possession and most of the chances.
But Casusls’ brief purple patch proved decisive, even though the hosts soon netted the game’s third goal to set up a grandstand finish.
The Scholars had an uninspiring first half ’s best chance.
Mason Tunbridge and Ben Ward-Cochrane combined to bring a fine save from Casuals keeper Daniel Bracken.
