THIS game may have ended goalless but there was certainly no lack of entertainment as both sides searched for that elusive breakthrough.
On a pitch saturated by two days of non-stop heavy rain in Suffolk, both sides went all out for victory, which would have been Hendesford’s but for Danny Glover’s 53rd-minute missed penalty.
Lowestoft had the fi rst real chance of note in the eighth minute with Kieran Higgs reached the byline but from his cross Tom Debenham’s fl ick at the near post was blocked on the line.
