CARSHALTON’S win at a sold-out Colston Avenue was exactly what the doctor ordered after a difficult October to date. But it didn’t come easily and needed a wonder strike to seal it.
Corinthian-Casuals made it difficult for the Robins right from the off, with two very rigid banks of four standing strong.
The first half had limited opportunities for both sides, the best coming from the Robins’ Kelvin Manuel, who hit the upright after some great hold up play from Omar Koroma.
