KINGSTONIAN’S best display of the season produced a more emphatic victory over fellow strugglers Cray than even this score suggests – but the win took Ks out of the bottom four at their opponents’ expense.
When home debutant Rio Campbell fired Ks ahead, on 23 minutes, Wands keeper Shaun Rowley already had the star man award clinched. And when Rowley was beaten in that devastating first quarter, the posts intervened.
Somehow, Wands were inches from levelling on 54 minutes, as they inevitably improved...
