Pitching In Isthmian League Premier side Chatham Town have signed attacker Freddie Sears.
Sears, 34, began his career at West Ham United, making 58 appearances for the Hammers and scoring three goals. His first was just over five minutes into his debut in a Premier League win over Blackburn Rovers in March 2008.
The former England under 21 international went on to make 464 appearances in the Premier League and EFL, largely across two spells at Colchester United and seven years at Ipswich Town.
He started last season at Dagenham & Redbridge before ending the campaign at Braintree Town, who won promotion to the National League via the play-offs.
