FANS up and down the country were treated on Tueday evening as Non-League went goal crazy from the National League down to Step 4.
Forest Green Rovers scored a late goal to beat Solihull Moors and climb to the top of the National League after Lincoln City lost at Boreham Wood.
Tranmere kept up the pace with a 4-1 victory at relegation threatened North Ferriby while York City increased their chances of survival with a thrilling 5-3 win over Southport.
The top two in the National League South both plundered in the goals too with Ebbsfleet thrashing Bishop’s Stortford 8-0 while leaders Maidenhead saw off Oxford City 6-1. There were also ten goals on the south coast as Eastbourne beat Welling 7-3!
Things were quieter in the National League North although Kidderminster Harriers did fight back to win 4-3 at Tamworth thanks to a stoppage time winner from defender Keith Lowe.
Poor Skelmersdale United conceded double figures as Ashton United left Stormy Corner with a 10-1 victory in the Evo-Stik NPL Premier while Coalville Town won 5-2 at Rushall Olympic.
Tadcaster Albion won by the odd goal in seven against Trafford in the Evo-Stik NPL North while Shaw Lane and Stamford both hit four without reply in the South division.
And the Southern League South & West also provided fantastic value for money. Fans at Paulton Rovers saw the home side overcome Barnstaple Town 4-3 and North Leigh were 5-2 winners at Shortwood United.
