Northern Premier Division high-flyers Basford United have moved to bring in defender Cieron Keane on a dual registration deal from Boston United.
The 22-year-old full-back joined Boston from Alfreton at the end of last month and has gone on to make two substitute appearances for the National League North side so far this season.
Keane came through the academy structure at Wolverhampton Wanderers before representing the likes of Notts County, Nuneaton Town, Worcester City and Kidderminister Harriers.
The right-back bring international experience to Greenwich Avenue having previously represented Republic of Ireland’s under 19 side.
