ASHTON United maintained their push for promotion as a dominant second-half performance earned the Robins a deserved three points.
It was the Ravens who began the brighter, breaking the deadlock after 14 minutes. Nathan Watson slotted in.
But the remainder of the first period was an even affair as chances went amiss for both sides.
In a lively start to the second period, Coalville stopper Jamie Hannis went from zero to hero and then back to zero in the space of six minutes.
