AFTER spurning three golden chances Buxton had to settle for a share of the spoils versus a resilient Barwell. It was a batlle from the first minute until the last as both sides pressed forward for all three points in a tight and tense affair.
The first miss came in the 23rd minute when Liam Hardy latched on to a long ball and from the by line pulled back a fine pass for the on-rushing Joe McGee but he blazed a 15 yard shot over the bar.
Ten minutes later the Bucks did find the net with Luke Hinsley’s composed finish following a defensive error.
