A GAME that only went ahead due to an army of volunteers forking the pitch before the match into a playable state, led to rewards for both teams.
It was testament to the hard work and dedication of supporters as they worked tirelessly to ensure a game of football was able to be played.
Sports have been without competitive football for several weeks due to the weather, but with two new forwards in the side they were clearly up for the game.
