■IN A season that has been regularly disrupted by bad weather it was appropriate that the final match of the campaign was played in the rain.
Mickleover went ahead after five minutes with a great goal by the youngster Will Norcross who latched onto a pass, not intended for him, before scoring with the maturity that belies his years.
The game then swung the way of the visitors in a fiveminute spell as Sports’ keeper
Lewis King was unable to deal with a regulation shot from distance by Brady Hickey.
King was then unlucky to parry a goal-bound shot only for Mitchel...
