KINGSTONIAN’S best display in ages overcame Folkestone and the loss of veteran keeper Rob Tolfrey.
Tolfrey received a nasty facial injury ten minutes after half-time, with Ks one- up.
And when Folkestone equalised past makeshift keeper Sean Francis, the momentum was with them.
But Ks immediately retook the lead and ran out worthy winners.
In an even first half. Ks best chances fell to Louie Theophanus while Tolfrey saved well from Ian Draycott’s toe-poke on 15 minutes.
