STAFFORD took all three points with a late goal from substitute Jake Charles.
A stiff blustery wind made the ball play tricks at times. It sometimes created difficulties for the players, especially in judging high balls. The first-half was end-to-end but neither side really gained control despite the efforts of Ferriby’s Luke Lofts in midfield and Rangers’ Theo Bailey-Jones. Visiting keeper Adam Whitehouse did well to turn away the ball after a clearance cannoned off Ferriby’s Lofts from 18- yards.
