BUXTON secured victory over fellow play-off hopefuls Trinity in a potentially significant six-pointer.
The outcome was decided by John Pritchard’s lovely 21stminute goal. Collecting a loose ball 25 yards out from goal, he drilled a low shot past keeper Jon Stewart.
By then the Bucks could already have been ahead but the lively Brad Grayson chipped narrowly wide on five minutes and then was racing clear of the visiting defence when he was fouled by Simon Russell, who was shown a yellow card.
