Chappell gives Matlock a prayer

MATLOCK inflicted the Tigers’ second home defeat in a row with goals from Luke Hinsley and Craig Westcarr.
Despite early bookings for Hinsley and Jon Margetts, Matlock had the better of the first half with Jordan Chappell the most dangerous and having a number of chances, but hitting them all straight at Peter Crook in the Hyde goal.
The opener came on 33 minutes when a long throw from Lee Beevers reached Chappell.
He whipped in a cross to Hinsley, whose header looped over Crook.
