SCARBOROUGH ran out comfortable winners at the Flamingo Land Stadium to strengthen their position in the play-offs.
The hosts played with the strong wind to their backs in the opening period, which helped them dominate for long spells, and took the lead in the 10th minute, central defender James Williamson turning in from close range following a corner.
Boro doubled their lead 10 minutes later, man-of-the-match Luke Lofts letting fly from the edge of the box with his left foot and giving Adam Siviter no chance in the Stafford goal.
