■ ROB SMITH’S double led Lincoln United to victory.
The Whites finished the game with 10 men after a late Sidhei Costa sending off but it didn’t matter as they avenged last season’s opening defeat against the same team.
Lincoln started the better and Kallum Smith fired across the face of goal and they took the lead after 28 minutes when Smith fired low across Jack Steggles.
The Millers levelled eight minutes into the second half through Tyler Blake, but Lincoln regained the lead after 73 minutes with a fine 20-yard strik...
