MICKLEOVER defeated league leaders Warrington Town in a close contest in which both teams played with 10 men for the majority of the game.
Josh Amis opened the scoring for the visitors in the 12th minute after the ball was headed back across goal allowing for a simple finish by the forward.
Sports struggled to get back into the game but Phil Watt equalised for the hosts from a header following a corner.
