COLNE came out on top in a competitive end-to-end battle on a heavy pitch that produced a great spectacle for a crowd of nearly 300 who braved the monsoon-like conditions at Holt House.
The home side took the lead after 25 minutes when Reece Webb-Foster headed on a high ball and Jamie Cooke found the net with a looping header past the stranded keeper.
