STAFFORD Rangers earned their second league victory from three games after two second-half goals.
The visitors from Greater Manchester, looking for their first league win, thought they had a shock 13th-minute lead when Jean Akpa-Akpro cut inside and his effort fell to Bobby Grant to tap home, but the linesman chalked the striker’s effort out for offside.
Rangers responded and their best chance of the first half came after 28 minutes when a quick free-kick released Ryan-Jay Malbon, who sent his effort just wide.
