■ YAXLEY came out on top thanks to goals from Tom Waumsley and Jack Eldridge.
Town had a great chance to take the lead when they were awarded a penalty for handball however the chance was put over the bar.
The let off boosted the home side and the Cuckoos took the lead when Waumsley slotted home in the 27th minute.
In second half, Jamie Andrews’ shot was pushed on to a post by Yaxley keeper Aaron Butcher before the visitors had a stonewall penalty appeal waved away.
