A BRACE from Alex Howes helped Carlton Town maintain their promotion challenge with a comfortable win against Corby Town.
Carlton imposed themselves and took a deserved lead after 28 minutes when Nat Watson fired home into the bottom corner.
The Steelmen levelled seven minutes later when Conner Furey’s long-range effort deceived Kieran Preston and sneaked in. But the Millers regained the lead on the stroke of half time when Howes fired home.
