CHASETOWN emerged winners from this closefought encounter between the second and fourthplaced teams.
It was a game of few chances but plenty of endeavour on a slippery surface, made worse by constant rain.
The hosts enjoyed the lion’s share of possession in the early stages and Karl Demidh went close with a sweeping shot after five minutes.
