■ A BURST of three goals in eight first-half minutes put Stamford on course for a confident win at Corby.
The visitors created a good chance early on, but Cosmas Matwasa saw his fierce drive well saved by Ben Heath.
Just past the half-hour mark, a fine strike by Jack Duffy beat Heath and found the bottom corner. Seconds later, a mistake in midfield let in Cameron Johnson, and he clinically found the same corner of Heath’s net.
