■ BOTTOM club Histon dented Carlton’s playoff hopes and secured their first home win in over two years.
The first half was a feisty affair but the home side stepped on the gas after the break and looked the far more dangerous side.
The visitors did well to defend a flurry of high crosses into their goalmouth early in the second half but Histon finally got their reward when Ed Rolph glanced in from a Finley Wilkinson corner after 64 minutes.
