■LEEK keeper Danny Roberts earned his side a point with a penalty save.
Both teams started brightly and in an end-toend first period that offered few clear chances, the best chance came when Workington defender Bradley Carroll almost scored with a fine header that hit the woodwork.
It was Workington who immediately went on the attack from the restart, with Brad Hubbold and Ruben Jerome combining well. After an hour Workington were awarded a penalty for a trip in the box but Bradley Carroll saw his kick well blocked by Roberts.
