■ THE home side got back to winning ways with a big home win against Yorkshire Amateur, in a game that ebbed and flowed.
Yorkshire Amateur made a fine start after Adam Priestley had given the visitors the lead from the spot in the 11th minute, but Pontefract’s high pressing saw them lead 2-1 at the break, through some opportunistic goals from the impressive Mikey Dunn and Joe Lumsden.
