PONTEFRACT eased to a surprise but well-deserved victory at promotion-chasing Cleethorpes Town.
The visitors harried their opponents from the start and went ahead in the 21st minute.
Luke Hinsley connected with a firm header which flew into the net via a deflection off a covering defender.
Cleethorpes improved after the break, without creating much in the way of clear opportunities.
