RELEGATED Grantham ended their ten-year spell in the Premier division with a win over play-off bound South Shields.
South Shields had advantage of the strong breeze in the first half, but the opening exchanges were equal.
Lee Shaw for Grantham was lively down the left as was Blair Rossiter on the right for South Shields.
Shaw went close for Grantham on 17 minutes, but Myles Boney in the South Shields goal saved with his legs.
