HALESOWEN moved to the top of the table with a
fourth straight league win. In a bright start, Tom Turton’s fifth minute corner was converted by central defender Kieran Morris to put Halesowen ahead.
Richard Gregory, Jamie Insall and Simeon Cobourne all went close, while Gregory placed just wide after 38 minutes and Cobourne fired high. For the Saints, Manny Osei dragged a tenth-minute shot wide.
The Yeltz doubled their lead in the 43rd minute when Cobourne beat goalkeeper Jamie Greygoose and squared for Gregory to tap home.
