FC UNITED of Manchester remain top of the Premier Division after inflicting Marske United’s first home defeat of the season in the process.
The home started better, enjoying the lion’s share of possession but struggled to convert that into chances, with Adam Boyes’ hooked volley on the turn that just dropped just over the bar their only real opportunity in the opening 20 minutes.
