LOWLY Stalybridge Celtic gave high-flying FC United a real scare – despite losing keeper Greg Hall to double vision after half an hour.
The Celtic stopper collided with a post when turning away Dontai Gabidon’s header and was replaced in goal by defender Dahrius Waldron.
The home team were still reorganising when Finlay Armstrong whipped in a corner from the right that evaded Waldron and everybody else to nestle in the bottom corner.
