CURTIS Burrows showed a cool head as Corby snatched victory over Boldmere St Michael to close the gap on the top five.
With the 90 minutes up, it looked as if two in-form sides would share the points, only for the hosts to be awarded a late penalty. Burrows stepped up and sent Lewis Gwilliams the wrong way to clinch it. Hilton Arthur’s skiddy effort broke the deadlock after 14 minutes, and while Jack Burgess levelled for the visitors after 62 minutes, parity didn’t last long, Daniel Gordon restoring Corby’s advantage six minutes later....
