NEWCASTLE Town’s winless run extended to five games, as they fell to harsh defeat to ten-man Workington AFC at the Red Industries Stadium.
The visitors registered their fifth win in a row, which was secured with Lewis Reilly’s thirdminute goal.
Newcastle pushed hard for an equaliser – especially in the first half – but could not find the final product to pierce the Workington defence.
