■ WORKSOP TOWN thumped Long Eaton United to go 17 points clear at the top of the table.
Liam Hughes headed home two goals in quick succession before he confirmed his hattrick with a half-volley to take his tally up to a huge 31 for the season.
Liam Hardy then broke a run of eight games without a goal as he added a fourth after 39 minutes as he tapped home from Jay Rollins’ cross.
Jamie Walker pulled a goal back for Long Eaton, but that turned out to be a consolation when Aleks Starcenko lashed home a shot a minute later.
