IT WAS a game of low quality as neither Spalding United or Loughborough Dynamo managed to string many passes together on a difficult and bobbly pitch yesterday.
Spalding had the better of the first half with Stefan Broccoli firing a freekick from 25 yards just over the crossbar.
The hosts’ best chance of the game came on the half-hour mark as Danny Draper cut inside, but his shot was well saved by the visiting goalkeeper.
