TWO goals in the first eight first-half minutes from Curtis Durose and Harry Lewis saw Gainsborough Trinity kill the game as a contest before it had really started, beating mid-table Warrington Rylands.
Lewis, a persistent threat down Trinity’s left, squared across goal for Durose to break the deadlock with a scuffed finish inside three minutes.
Five minutes later, a lapse in concentration gifted the Holy Blues possession, and Lewis turned finisher to double the play-off contenders’ advantage.
