MATLOCK Town got back to winning ways with victory at Broadhurst Park after a midweek defeat at Guiseley.
The visitors certainly had the better of the first half and on 31 minutes Anthony Dwyer forced keeper Pat Boyes into an excellent save.
The Gladiators though opened the scoring a minute later, when a corner from the right was met by the head of Nathan Whitehead.
The visitors finished the half by doubling their lead, when a loose ball at the back was pounced upon by Karl Demidh, who finished with some aplomb. FC forward Dontai Gabidon...
